DIANCIE, BLAZIKEN, SABLEYE ARE ALL MEGA
First of all, never use 3 megas at the same time. I hope you already know this, but you can only perform Mega Evolution once per battle.
Rotom should have Thunderbolt instead of Electro Ball, Will o' Wisp instead of Omnious Wind, and Volt Switch instead of Substitute. All of these are TMs.
Blaziken seems good, though I prefer Blaze Kick over Flare Blitz so Blaziken can actually sweep without getting recoil damage.
Aegislash is fine, though Sacred Sword or Iron Head is prefered over Aerial Ace and Night Slash. Swords Dance is also an option.
Sableye and Diancie are fine.
Shaymin-S should have Energy Ball instead of Worry Seed and Dazzling Gleam could be used instead of Leech Seed or Synthesis.
Pretty good team.
Yeah i just learned the mega evolution rule the hard way haha! Which one do you think i should keep as mega? And what EVs should i develop? Thanks!!!!
tbh, all of them aren't very good without its Mega Form, though I think you should keep Blaziken, mostly since you have Protect on it already. If you want to know EVs, just search it up on or look at its Smogon page.
For a PVP team, natures, item choice, ability choice are all bad. Don't ever think of making a 'PVP' team by simply selecting pokemon you think are 'powerful' or your 'favourite', and neither should you take pokemon from your adventure team just because you've used them many times.
Let's take Sableye for example, Stall as an ability? Check in the 'don't ever use' choice. Neutral nature? Check in the 'don't ever use' choice. Moveset-wise looks fine at first glance; until you look at 'Fake Out'. It's a niche move but Protect is more consistent, since once Psychic Terrain/Tapu Lele teams become a thing in PBB, it will prevent damaging moves with priority from working, aka Fake Out won't work and you can't safely mega evolve. Protect also means you can scout for Pokemon moves or lock opposing Pokemon into choice moves, once choice items come out.
There is a lack of a core or proper type synergy. Let's take a quick look at all of the typings, what they do offensively and defensively.
Even though Aegislash can take Poison-type attacks comfortably, the other Pokemon leave much to be desired. There is also no real way for you check such Pokemon. A prime example of Pokemon that you can handle would be Gengar. Aegislash has no certain way of checking it as it fears Shadow Ball upon switching in, even if it is immune to a Sludge Bomb or Focus Blast. Mega Beedrill may not be able to handle Aegislash since it cannot run Drill Run or Knock Off yet since move tutors are yet to be introduced in PBB, but U-turn allows it to safely pivot out of Aegislash.
Water-types are also not easy to handle, with only Shaymin-Sky truly being able to handle it. An Azumarill can more or less Aqua Jet the entire way and easily take out a weakened Rotom and Shaymin-Sky especially when entry hazards are prevalent.
Steel-types can be countered(not check!) by Blaziken, but you have no real way of letting Blaziken switching into an attack freely with those not very impressive defences. A Heatran doesn't have to worry about all of your Pokemon except for Rotom-Wash's hydro pump, which in most cases is unlikely to run a special attacking set, so it's not like as if you can hit a dent into Heatran very easily.
eg. If we take that Heatran is running a specially defensive set, and Rotom-Wash is running a bulky set: 0 SpA Rotom-Wash Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 220+ SpD Heatran: 176-210 (45.7 - 54.5%) -- 4.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
As mentioned above that entry hazards are prevalent, you have no spinner, and neither do you have a pokemon that can set up entry hazards when more than half of your team are offensive sets.
I have more to say but I feel that you could do more research on your part instead to solve your current 'beginner' problems. Please do not take my criticism too harshly as I just wish to reflect upon how you see your team as a 'PVP' team.
